Kenneth J. Kroopf has been an Advance Level Arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association, which is the largest arbitration association in the world. He is available by private arrangement between two or more individuals or entities to hear civil disputes and make a decision.

Arbitration is a process in which disputing parties meet privately and confidentially (outside the courtroom) to voluntarily submit their disputes to an Arbitrator for binding or non-binding resolution.
The Arbitrator is an impartial third party selected by the disputing parties to review evidence and resolve the dispute. The disputants usually present evidence in the following forms: testimony by the disputing parties, testimony by witnesses or the introduction of documents. The Arbitrator (acting in place of a judge or jury) reviews the evidence presented by each of the disputing parties and then makes a decision based on the facts presented in Arbitration.

Some types of disputes presented to an Arbitrator are:

  1. Real Property disputes, involving the sale and purchase of a home, commercial property or raw land. boundary issues, and nuisances.
  2. Landlord-Tenant Disputes
  3. Business disputes, involving the sale and purchase of a business, money that may be due from a business transaction, and partnership issues.
  4. Personal injury claims that arise from an automobile accident, slip and fall, construction problems or product defects.
